Santa Isn’t Here Yet, But Cozy Christmas Capers Is!

If you like cozy Christmas crime, then you’ll love Cozy Christmas Capers! For this collection, I teamed up with Gemma Halliday and seventeen other New York Times, USA Today and award-winning authors to write a total of nineteen Noël-themed short stories just in time for the holidays.

You'll get a kick out of these tales of mystery and romance. They're set against backdrops of pine tress, gingerbread men, and Santas galore. These stories are the perfect short bites for cozying up by the fire with a cup of cocoa…or for passing the time while waiting in line at gift wrapping.

Here is the complete list of stories and series names, when applicable, and their authors (yes, I'm mentioned first, but only because of alphabetical order!):

Rosolio Red (Franki Amato Mysteries) by Traci Andrighetti
Chasing Tinsel (Miranda Vaughn Mysteries) by Ellie Ashe

  1. I can’t speak for the other authors, but I had a blast writing my short story for the anthology. Mine even has food in it, although not all that edible probably: gingerbread houses!

  2. Around the holiday time, I seem to love desserts more than usual. The pies, cakes and oh the different kinds of cookies! Today I am so needing some Christmas cookies, might have to bake some!

  3. I love books. I love to read. I appreciate the giveaway. Thank you. My favourite holiday food would be Crab and artichoke dip. The taste multiples ever time I try it.

  4. There’s a super-rich refrigerator nutcake (icebox fruitcake w/o dried fruit) that’s a modified recipe we’ve been making in our family for years. It’s graham-cracker crumbs, coconut, gr. pecans, walnuts, Eagke Brand milk, & marshmellow fluff pressed into a ‘cake’. Yum.

  5. Ymm, food. Surprisingly, I don’t have a favorite Christmas food. Actually, I don’t have a fave food for any holiday. We don’t do traditional fares any more. I just like being surrounded by scrumptious feasts–whatever I’m in the mood for at that time. I’ve been hankering for shortbread cookies. I’ll have to make some this month. The kids don’t love them like I do, so I don’t make them often. But if they don’t care for them this time, I guess I’ll just have to eat them all myself. Such a chore! 😉

  6. Wait! Do I have to pick just one fave food? Impossible!

Okay, so now that that’s clear…one of my fave holiday foods…my grandmother’s homemade divinity. If I can master that art of candy making in my lifetime I’ll be lucky.

    Hey Traci! xoxo

  7. My favorite Christmas food has got to be shortbread cookies. I have many memories of making, and of course eating these cookies, with my Nona, my mother and now a tradition with my own daughter.
