  1. I have a few favorite drinks for the holidays, but living in the north, the nights get cold and you want something to help you warm up. I keep it simple with a boozy cocoa drink, which is dark chocolate cocoa and a shot of Amaretto liquor. It’s like a warm cherry cordial perfect for Christmas!

  2. I’ll go go a mocha latte with a shot of Kahlua or Baileys added! Just to warm me up. I’d like to join Franki, Ronnie, & Glenda at the bar, but I don’t want any of Glenda’s concoctions that have the raw egg, yuck! Plus, if have to wear shades to soften Glenda’s outfits. I’m loving Cozy Christmas Capers c

  3. This year it is going to be a Chocolate Merlot! We pick a bottle early in the year that sounds intriguing and save it as our special pick for girl talk after dinner. All the stress and madness melt away with gab and glasses next to the lights of the tree. Mom’s, MIL’s, and all grown sisters relax and chat. Magic!

  4. My girlfriends and I made up a drink and it’s perfect for the holidays. Place ice in your glass. Rim a short glass with red sugar. Add a shot of cranberry vodka. Add cranberry juice and a slash of simple syrup mix. Yummy wonderful holiday beverage.
